January 10: No news on the sailing. Something happened. Bummer. Was SO psyched for sailing. Ah well. Chill. Enjoy the brilliant summer day. (Brilliant cuz I meet lots of Brits around here and pick up their dialogue also.)

Going to Manly Beach tonight to the Shore Club for a birthday party of my gals friends’. I learn to take the ferry, what a beautiful ride by the Opera House, away from the spectacular bridge, through the sound/harbor. Arrive Manly, everyone is so helpful. I didn’t bother getting directions cuz I’ve learned everyone seeks you out to help you. So sweet. I find the Shore Club easily. Very nice place, right on the beach. But what a breezy cold night! Full moon. Beautiful. Gather some data on my potential Sydney employer -- they all say it’s a great company. Awesome. Ferry back before it shuts down. Otherwise it will be a Catalina Island repeat and Jenny knows, we don’t want that. Right Jen?
